Social Media is here to stay. Facebook, Twitter and YouTube are part of your future if you are going to connect with younger clients to replace your clients that die or move away. It is a big part of the culture and very much a part of how young people communicate. If most of your clients are 35 years old and older do you ask the question of “Why?” Part of the reason is that young people do not respond to the “old” ways of marketing and are much more influenced by “in-bound” marketing (i.e. a website), Facebook, Twitter and YouTube . You must “Change or Die.“
